With over 20 years of experience Trevor S. Atwell has an advanced skillset in all areas of design and development.  Utilizing his history of high-quality architectural design expertise and incorporating that into projects as a critical function of real estate development, along with an understanding of the importance of capital management in the overall process for costs and returns to best deliver successful projects on all levels.

• TSA worked as a senior design architect with Rafael Viñoly Architects (RVA). Selected projects include the Carrasco International Airport, in Montevideo, Uruguay, and 20 Fenchurch St, in London, England.

• TSA joined a group of his clients to create a new firm, G2 Investment Group, LLC. The firm was focused on a mix of investments, capital sourcing, real estate design and development advisory, as well as a partnership with Forbes Global Holdings to brand international building projects in unique locations around the world.  Key projects include a masterplan for the Istrian Cultural Resort in Istria, Croatia, as well as the Forbes Media Tower in Manila, Philippines.

• TSA also founded Atwell Real Estate Advisors (AREA) in 2012.  AREA’s focus combined Trevor’s experience in architectural design with his knowledge of the investment return profile for high quality design projects.  AREA, and Trevor as Principal, managed development costs to deliver capital return benefits for the development partners and investors. Projects ranged from the design of a proposed Forbes Financial Center in Boston, Massachusetts to the development transition of a parking garage site to a Life Science headquarters in New York City.

Trevor S. Atwell graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross and earned a Master of Architecture from Columbia University.  In addition, Trevor has taught as an Adjunct Professor of Architecture at the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation from 2010 - 2014.
